I have the Gold Holo Glitter Nails with UR Sugar Platinum Gel (from Born Pretty) to show today. You can see the Platinum Gels review in this recent post. Here’s an example of how to use it.

That previous post has all the information on this product and what I thought about it so I will keep this one short and sweet. I really loved this colour’s sparkle and have used it just on the tips and as full coverage.

I added gold foil, Swarovskis and other blingy things. It was added over a milky white base so that you couldn’t see my nails beneath. There are two coats of the gel on the full cover nails and it was applied with a gel brush that I use only for glitters. Cos OMG help you, should you ever try to get glitter out of a gel brush once you’ve used it 😂😁

Look how sparkly it is in the light! 😍😍 I used the UR Sugar Platinum Gel – Golden UR-09 pot for this.

These gels cure with a UV or LED nail lamp. You’ll need to cure in a UV for 2 minutes or an LED for at least 60 seconds. Although, note that if you do thicker layers you will want to cure a bit longer, so try to keep the layers thin and you shouldn’t have a problem. Because of the gritty surface you will need a nice generous layer of top coat to smooth out any bumps if you’ve done too thick a coat.
