Diamond Nails – Holo on Grey Gel Polish

Here’s the nail art I did using @opallacgelpolish On Cloud Nine as shown in the recent swatch. Wearing this lovely steely grey already makes my hands feel warmer in this cold weather… ⛄❄🌁☁ It’s quite simple to do and is a great way to add a bit of bling to an otherwise basic nail set. All you need is some nail foil, scissors and patience.

Its shadowy tones make it the perfect base for some holographic Diamond Nails! So that is exactly what I did. I tried to capture the colour change in the pix. Warning: may sear retinas in the sun LOL. There will be a tutorial vid for this at some point when I’m able to do those again

You can see how to do it in the video tutorial coming soon – there are a few on the back-burner that still need doing, but I am not quite improved enough to finish editing them yet. But if you know how to layer shards of foil similar to the cracked glass/mirror effect of the last 18 months, you can achieve the same look.
