Updates & Dreamy Watercolour Nails feat. Nicole Diary 090 – Born Pretty Review

Dreamy Watercolour Nails feat. Nicole Diary 090 – Born Pretty Review for today’s nail art!

Please note that I had to repost after some technical issues. I am still not back yet, as expected, due to another serious and unexpected, major emergency (these past months aren’t trivial events either). Seriously? Seems I just can’t get a break at the moment (and thoroughly over it). So apart from trying to post some Instagram backlog, all my energies are currently focused on that. Ergo, instead of January, am hoping to slowly build up momentum sometime in February

Purchase details, links and description of the product/s are listed below the images in The Rundown section.

I was sent this item to play with and I was drawn to the dreamy quality of the imagery on this plate, Nicole Diary 090 [Item Number: 46444 – Find it at BornPrettyStore.com ]. I really loved this stamping plate. The designs are really cute, and there are large and small images on the it.

The pick-up was really good for all the images I tried – including those with smaller and finer details. As you can see from my photos. I can see why this plate has become so popular!

The detailing is stamped with all Hit the Bottle polishes, in Moonshine (pearl white), various blues, Shadows of Darkness, and Break the Icing which is the bottle I’m holding. It’s from the “Chrome sweet Chrome” stamping polish collection that you may have seen, and I freaking love this colour! And have more to show of it in my backlog of posts!

My art was done over a base of watercolour – actual watercolour paint, to give it that ethereal dreamy quality. You can see how the various images differ in size and shape to suit different nails and lengths. I used the ones on the far left in this mani, if you want a size reference.

Just wondering, what shade is the stamping polish you’re holding? I’m familiar with Hit The Bottle but don’t know if I have that one!

Hey Jen, The bottle I’m holding is “Break the Icing”.
It’s beautiful, you might need it! 😂💖 From the “Chrome Sweet Chrome” collection (link in post)

Thanks for asking too – was having weird issues with text being deleted as I typed and didn’t see it had removed that info (now added back) from my draft!
