Hello Monday, my old friend🎵(or is that frenemy??), I’ve got a swatch for you again 🎶 I have a thermal frenzy for you to finish off these @bettiepainpolish Lana Del Rey collection previews. The first one is High-Tops in the Summer.
It’s a Blue to Aqua thermal, that pulls a gorgeous Indigo on me in some lights, and is packed with holo sparkle 💕 This was 3 super thin coats with top coat (for swatching purposes) but it’s easily a 2-coater.
This thermal is perfect for the blue hues lovers 💙❄☃ When cool it’s a deep Indigo Blue which shifts to an ‘Aqua that reminds me of the sea’ when warmed 🌡🔥; packed with holo sparkle 🎉
Definitely one of the more deep and moody polishes in the series. Video below! 💙

Formula & Application notes:
This was 3 super thin coats with top coat (for swatching purposes) but it’s easily a 2-coater. You can get away with two but due to bright lights used when shooting swatches, I like to avoid any chance of VNL (visible nail line).
All the polishes in this entire series have applied really well and this too dried pretty fast. I had no issues whatsoever. There are mixing balls in all the bottles so give it a thorough shake first to distribute the glitter and holo bits – of which there are man. Just check out the pix and bottles.
The Verdict:
Lots of fun this one. It’s dark and moody and perfect for those dark polish days. Or when you can’t decide whether to go with purple, blue or aqua – why not wear them all haha! It’s a wonderful Winter shade too, if you prefer seasonal attributions. It’s also a great base for mermaid, ocean or seaside nail art.
