The second last thermal polish I have to show you in the @bettiepainpolish Lana Del Rey collection is It Hurts To Love You.
It’s aptly named, because it’s like a very pretty bruise 💜 It’s a purple when warm and turns to a deeper bluish eggplant when cool – with a lovely but subtle vein of blue shimmer running throughout 💙 Swipe for the close up – zoom in and you can see some hidden gold flecks.
This was 3 thin coats with top coat (for swatching purposes – you could get away with 2 😊) – I mean you guys, check it out.

This was 3 super thin coats with top coat (for swatching purposes). No issues and a smooth formula.
All the polishes in this entire series have applied really well and this too dried pretty fast. I had no issues whatsoever.
The Verdict:
Definitely one for the purple lovers – and I know there’s a ton of you out there! It’s a subtler shift than the other thermals in this series, but is still nice and noticeable in it’s shift.
