Formula & Application notes:
Smooth and this was 3 thin coats with top coat. Easy application.
The Black Empire is a bold, satiny berry purple with holographic flecks and sparks, and red iridescent flakes. I captured these in the bottle shot so you can see all the sparkly goodness.
The Verdict:
I love the mix of flecks and sparkles in this polish. This one will not disappoint you purple lovers out there! 💜 It’s also got a touch of vamp to it, which is perfect for those experiencing Autumn/Fall right now.
