Hello strangers! Today I have a preview of the latest coming month’s limited edition installments from Aussie Indie brand Femme Fatale. This polish is Psychokinetic – Femme Fatale’s inclusion in the Hella Handmade Creations (HHC) for November 2018 – Polish Swatches below.
I’m sorry I’ve not been active much lately, the recuperating and recovery process is taking it’s sweet time and I don’t want to aggravate my sore back. Big improvements, but still not out of the woods so I’ve just resigned myself to not rushing and easing back into it. As much as I’ve missed doing nail art-ing.

Formula & Application notes:
This is such a trip! I used 3 coats for full opacity, with top coat it all smoothed out too. Which is great considering how packed with colourful glitter pieces this one is!
Psychokinetic is a teal (cold) to clear (warm) thermal with soft pink sparkles, scattered holographic silver microglitters, and a large variety of matte-neon glitters in orange, yellow, purple, teal and pink. It’s inspired by Stranger Things.
Opaque in 3-4 coats and a glossy top coat recommended due to the glitters. They recommend layering this one up carefully in order to get an even distribution of glitters. Roll the bottle first to distribute them well before application. 🙂
The Verdict:
Thermals are so much fun and I especially love the playful aspect of a clear thermal. The glitters did not protrude at all under my generous single layer of top coat. Today I used Glisten & Glow’s Top Coat.
It’s really something different – and if you were into polish when Indie polishes began to flourish, you might remember all the funky colourful rainbow glitter polishes that hit the market and on Etsy. This is like a fresh take on a nostalgic Indie classic (by that I mean: thermal and glitter packed, not just glitter packed). So much extra.

THE CONCEPT:HHC originally began as a closed Facebook group established to have exclusive nail polishes made for its followers. They also have an Instagram where you can see the polishes before they are listed for pre-order.
