A Wintery Mrs De Winter, or Holy Holo, A-England!

This one is for all the holo lovers. I’ve named it A Wintery Mrs De Winter, or Holy Holo, A-England! Because this polish is both sumptuous and holo-tastic! Or as I’d imagine the posh aristocrats in 1800s England would exclaim upon seeing it: “By god, Jeeves! Get me more!”

Mrs De Winter is a neutral classic. A softly muted grey taupe – packed with holo.

I  started doing art for this one and didn’t finish it cos I really didn’t wanna cover up all that holo-goodness. I could not stop staring at all this awesomeness! I mean, I shot this to show off the holo spectrum, but in the right light/s it is just as spectacular.

So here is my really simple, half-finished holo mani. This whole collection is just stunning. And I have to give a shoutout to  Aleksandra @la_avenail whose beautiful promo swatches forced me to order this one.

The whole RETURN TO MANDERLEY collection is pretty amazing and was inspired by the 20th century novel, Rebecca by Daphne du Maurier. These all have a spectral holo and to get this effect like I’ve shown above, view them in a direct light or in the sun.
