I love a good gradient and today was one I was looking forward to. (Watermarbling probably less so, but I’m sure I’m not alone haha. I do like it, however a cold room does not exactly help). Anyway back to Day 10: Gradient. Or keeping up with the terrible 31 Day Challenge puns – Hey, (H)Ombre!
I know, terrible. Stop throwing your tomatoes at me. La Tomatina was so last month. That’s Spain’s tomato wasting throwing festival, if you didn’t know. Not that this has anything to do with anything about anything let alone today’s post… Where were we? Oh yes! Great gradients. Here is my effort for the day…
I wanted to wear my rainbows a little longer, so lucky I wore this look on the weekend. The rainbows made me feel warmer in this current spell of rain. I used a range of pigments instead to create this gradient. Just to be different and have 5 minutes with something other than polish or bills in my hands this week.
I went with a simple look and let the gradient be the feature, just adorning it with a few studs and charms for a little spunk. It ranges from violet to golden yellow, through blue and forest green.
And with this we end Section 1 of the 31 Day Challenge 2015!

Cheers! I’m trying to mix it up a little so I don’t keep reaching for the new pastels all the time 😉
