Meet Blink from Madam Glam. This dusty shade of grape is part of the One-Step Gel range – meaning it incorporates the base and top coats into the colour gel = simpler application.
It cures tack free (so you don’t need to wipe at the end) & if you are in a rush, this range is perfect for you as its super quick application means you can run out the door 👀 BLINK and you’ll miss it, one might say…? (Hey stop rolling your eyes! I can see you, it’s funny).
A handy feature in the #madamglam gel bottles is the inbuilt colour swatch in the lid. It’s colour correct too, as it is the actual polish in there as you can see below.

Formula & Application notes:
Smooth and glossy this is 2 thin coats. no top or base coat needed, as they are ‘built-in’ so to speak. Such a nice shade and formula with this, and was opaque in record time. It doesn’t require a top coat, but I would probably add one out of habit and for extra protection.
The Verdict:
One-Step gel is perfect when you need a quick mani but don’t have time to wait. This was so fast I felt like I barely started. Paint, cure, repeat, done! I love this in matte too, which you can see in the earlier post. I recommend this shade for Autumn, work place wear, if you like dusty shades, or muted colours.
