Back with the 31 Day Challenge for 2018. We’ve hit Day 05’s Blue prompt. For this I chose to do Blue – Bikinis & Beach Breaks Jelly Nails. [Explore entries on Instagram #31DC2018 ]
Of course I had to fit the Jelly Nail trend into this challenge somewhere and somehow! Today was the perfect prompt for it and after having grown up and lived on the coast, I have an affinity with water. So you get blue jelly nails!
I modelled this mani off the clear waters of tropical locations, sunsets that go into the water and palms that provide shade during the day whilst you are waiting for garçon to bring you another fruity cocktail. Speaking of which…”Waiter…?…” Oh wait, sorry, got lost in a daydream for a minute.
I hand-painted the palm trees (rather badly in my rush) and stamped the graduated lines, both in white. I considered doing a subtle pond mani but liked it as is. Anyhow, better post, and stop rambling so much in these daily posts!
