Opallac Black Market – Gel Polish Swatch

Hell yeah! Nothing like a sleek, bitchin’ black to get the party started. This little number is Black Market from @opallacgelpolish, opaque with 2 thin easy coats.

Oh she smooth. She damn smooth, like Barry White dipped in oil and dancing on Teflon 😍 #Opallac

Here is a bottle packaging shot if you wish to hunt it down:

Formula & Application notes:
Smooth and glossy this is 2 thin coats. Loved this black so much. It’s always important that a black is pigmented and a gel polish black gives you such a smooth canvas for nail art OR a plain sexy set. One of my favourites so far that I have shown you. I had no issues with application at all. To be honest, some pro gel black’s I’ve used take 3 coats to build up when painting thinly, so I wan’t really sure what to expect but was pleasantly surprised.

The Verdict:
If you are looking for a good consumer black gel polish, I can recommend this one. It looks great alone, was opaque in two pretty thin coats and got me compliments before I ‘art’-ed it. You could wear it gloss and add a matte top coat to parts of it for a simple nail art combo. Looks hot on all skin tones light through dark, and is a great accent colour paired with something brighter. Three thumbs up for Black Market.

Dupes/Similar Lacquers:
Tons of similar shades. I mean it’s carbon black – does it come any blacker?
