Nicole Diary Iridescent Cloud – Flakies Polish Swatch Review

Another flakies eyegasm!Β πŸ˜‰Β Nicole Diary Iridescent Cloud Flakies Polish Swatch and Review! Look at this!

Nicole Diary Iridescent Cloud - Flakies Polish Swatch Review

2 coats of Nicole Diary Iridescent Cloud – Flakies Polish

It’s time for the next fabulous flakies polish from Nicole Diary called Iridescent Cloud, from theΒ @nicolediary_comΒ Wonderworld Series, which I was nicely sent for my honest opinion (again, thank you). No secret I love flakies, and shimmery, shiny things.

2 coats over a black gel is shown in these first two shots. You could also add a third or even sponge it on if you want to ensure complete coverage. Suss out this close-up for the shift. It has so many colours in this one – a rainbow ranging from reds, yellowy gold, golden greens and purple, and it is my favourite of the two. Mesmerising!

Look at them here in this side by side for comparison, but so you can see the density of flakies in these things!

It even looks stunning with a matte top coat – this one thanks to Glisten & Glow.

I looove my flakies, but sometimes just don’t wanna deal with the small mess, like when busy or tired. My life’s made much easier when they come suspended in a polish base and I need a flakie-fix! πŸ€—Β This Chameleon Polish also contains Iridescent Multichrome Flakies 🌈  with a wider range than Firework.

This next 2 photos below shows the polish with ONE COAT – just to show how cool it looks when used as a topper over black.Β β–ΆΒ Scroll down for bottle shots with nails and packaging of both items I received.

These polishes need to be used over dark colours like black, (even dark navy, or carbon grey) for the full power effect to take place. I usedΒ @OpallacGelPolishΒ Black Market gel polish for a smooth base. But you can also use regular lacquer, of course!

They both dried quickly and lay flat on the nail – like all goodΒ #FlakiesΒ polishes should. Looks great with glossy top coat, but IMHO the matte gives it a truly awesome effect.

THE RUNDOWN:

Name: Iridescent Cloud – Flakies Polish Swatch ReviewΒ purchase here
Brand: Nicole Diary
Collection: Wonderworld Series
Colour (or family): Multichrome
Type & Finish:Β β€ŽFlakies
Size: 9ml / 0.3oz

Formula & Application notes:
See above for all info.

I will reiterate that these flakies remove really easily, unlike glitter polish. There is not much extra effort over removing this than regular polish. Maybe a tiny bit of extra rubbing, hardly noticeable.

The Verdict:
The simplest and not-too-messy way to apply flakies in a rush. I like this polish so much and the colours of this one are really pretty.

Dupes/Similar Lacquers:
I’ve seen similar flakies polishes, but again this is pretty dense.
