After swatching piCture pOlish’s Esapades, I did a little Christmas nail art in anticipation of the festive season. So I’m posting this a little late, but I’ve been a little ill and had some tech issues with tetchy interwebs and phones and all, so better late than never, right? And it’s still not here just quite yet, so you know, in by a whisker. Above is the first variation that I did.
The deep teal of this shade lends itself perfectly to a foresty Winter Christmas green. I paired it with a recent Essie release and added some bling and charms.
Creating the “present’ gift finger nail with strategically placed tape as such… Simply paint inside the lines and voila… I used the lovely Essie Jiggle Hi, Jiggle Low golden foil.
With bottle shot in artificial light. The white snowflake kept getting caught in my hair a little, so I ripped it off and replaced it with a couple of gold hemisphere studs which you can see in the following images.
The two above images were shot in daylight, however it was still a touch overcast. So not winning with this weather lately, at least not for photo-taking, but anyhoo…
Lastly, I hope that you are all set to have a great Festivus / Christmas / what’s-left-of-Hanukkah break. Or at least some nice public holidays where you either get time off or some decent penalty rates if you must work 😉
HAPPY HOLIDAYS PEEPS! xx
