Painting thinner coats will stop the glitters from being hidden by the next layer of nail polish as seen here.

It’s a pretty purple tint too. Look at the depth.

The packaging is nice and minimal, with the boxes as a nice touch.

Name: Autumn Aspens – available at Femme Fatale online as a pre-order from July 1st – 5th, 2018.
Autumn Aspens is ONLY available to members of Femme Fatale Fiends and will not go to stockists
Brand: Femme Fatale
Collection: FOTM
Colour (or family): Greyish Lilac
Type & Finish: ‎Crelly, Glitter
Size: 9ml / 0.3oz

Formula & Application notes:
Autumn Aspens is a sheer greyish crelly base, infused with a nice violet glow. It’s filled with a variety of matte and holographic hex glitters in canary yellow, orange, black and a red-orange.

This is 2-3 thin coats with top coat. Depending on how thick you paint your coats, 2 should suffice; though I recommend applying it in 3 thin coats so as to allow the glitter pieces to show through from previous layers. It creates a much nicer depth as you can see above, without drowning out the lower layers.

Also being a glitter, you will likely want to shake or invert the bottle first to distribute the glitter pieces nicely. It would also look good layered over light undies (ie; a light or white base polish) such as white, cream, light grey, or light taupe.

The Verdict:
Glitter lovers will appreciate this shade. It is encased in a soft greyish base that leans lilac purple. There is also a very subtle violet purple shimmer running through it which I’ve tried to capture above, and it catches in certain angles. As well as tiny holo flecks that catch the light nicely.
