31DC2016 Day 06: Violet Crumble

Day 6 and I haven’t skipped a beat. Though the arhythmias this box packing is giving me perhaps have. Today is late but better late than never right?

The prompt is Violet aka Violet Crumble cos the stamp I used looked like some kind of futuristic honeycomb. Sort of. And technically it’s more of a purplish shade than violet if you reeeally wanted to get nit-picky, but po-tay-to, po-tah-to.

The feature nail was a bit of a lame glitter arrangement that I started and stopped half way through when I saw the time haha. So abstract bunch of grapes it is! No, not really, but whatever it is, stayed.

I did a mint and hot pink stamp over violet, using a Hehe plate No. 77. It’s a tiny bit warped cos I used a squishy stamper and was rushing to get this done after not getting much sleep last night, so just squint and pretend otherwise, yeah?

I do have some catching up to do in the next day or two on all the links, but I will get to them. Just been in the midst of an extra hectic 2-3 days. Plus had an extra lot of re-organising to do to sort out the messes with a few companies that messed up my orders, another that mucked up reservations, and product recalls. I really need a PA! 😀

Your color gradient on the stamping design is super fun! I have always wanted to try that, but I haven’t gotten around it it yet. I love how playful this manicure is.

Thank you. I do love a colour gradient, it’s fun watching the colours mix. Maybe you’ll get a chance to try it out during the 31 challenge?
